Though Supergiant Games said they wouldn't produce DLC for Bastion, since the game was intended to serve as a complete, stand-alone experience, they've announced some for it anyway. (At least they recognized what they said previously.)

The DLC, called "The Stranger's Dream", will feature a new Who Knows Where sequence (called "The Stranger's Dream"), a Score Attack mode for the story, and a No-Sweat mode, in which you can go through the game's story with infinite continues. Steam and XBLA will be getting new leaderboards for The Stranger's Dream and Score Attack, and the DLC will be completely free on Steam. Due to Microsoft's policies, they have to charge 80 MS Points ($1) for it on XBLA, but it's still a good deal. The Stranger's Dream and Score Attack are New Game Plus-only modes.

And now I'll go hate myself for not getting Bastion yet. Good day.
