Batman: Arkham City Achievements Revealed

If you have any form of rationality and common sense slumbering in your brain, you’d be as excited as a sugar-high induced child at a McDonald’s ball pit for Rocksteady’s upcoming Batman: Arkham City. At this juncture, it doesn’t matter if you’re just an avid enthusiast of first-person shooters or racing games. There’s nothing like taking hold of a narcissistic, rich hero like Batman and his nut-hugging leather suit as he goes on an escapade of reducing the mentally challenged (he’s beating the crap out of criminals from Arkham Asylum, people) crooks that permeate Arkham City into pig fodder.

We’re all waiting for it. Let’s face it — the first game was amazingly well done beyond any superhero-based game that has sauntered themselves over to our consoles to give us an excruciating experience. With high expectations set for Arkham City, we’re all hoping that we’re treated to a rabid adventure that gives us enough replay value as the prequel did. Speaking of that thing called “replay value,” you may want to check out the achievements/trophies that have been revealed to see whether or not they warrant another playthrough.

A quick warning to those of you who don’t want spoilers: There are several Arkham City characters revealed in the list below. If you don’t give a crap, then read on.

Born and raised in New York City, Yaris is one of three co-founders at DualShockers. Gaming since the inception of Nintendo in the 80's, he has grown to avidly appreciate games of every genre, maturing his preference specifically now to third-person action games, first-person shooters and JRPGs. He's a software engineer, father and husband during the day, and mildly attempts to hold onto his "hardcore gamer" title during the evenings. An attempt that he tends to fail miserably at.
