Battlefield 3: Aftermath Gets a Launch Trailer

Battlefield 3: Aftermath hits the virtual shelves for PS3 and Xbox 360 today (at least for Premium members), while PC gamers will have to wait for December the 4th. In the meanwhile Electronic Arts released a launch trailer covering the fourth expansion of DICE’s game.

The video shows what you’d expect: explosions, collapsed cities and a whole lot of gunfire (or crossbow fire). It also showcases the new Scavenger gameplay mode, that sees player comb the cities devastated by a gigantic earthquake looking for weapons, while starting only with a gun.

You can check the trailer out below, and if you play the game on PC, apologize for the tease. I’m in the same boat.

RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
