Fallout 4 dropped like a megaton bomb last November and while PC players have been enjoying a wide range of user-created mods since release, console owners have had to be a bit more patient with being able to use mods, though hopefully the wait won't be too much longer, according to Bethesda Softworks.

In response to fan questions through Twitter, Bethesda Softworks specifically addressed the promise of mod support on the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game, which the studio said will be "sharing more details soon" in regard to.

Mod support for the console versions of Fallout 4 were initially announced during last year's E3 2015, with select mods to be supported on both the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the title, though mod support will initially come to the Xbox One version first.

Fallout 4 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
