A few days ago, GoG.com was forced to remove classic Fallout games: Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics from their store. Shortly after that, these games were also pulled from Steam. This came about due to a legal battle between Bethesda and Interplay over who owned the rights to the Fallout MMO. After the $2 million settlement in January of 2012, Bethesda got all of the rights to the Fallout IP after December 2013. This meant that the original versions of the games had to be taken down.Although gamers can't current get digital copies of these games, Bethesda is trying to get them back on steam.

They're apparently going to update us soon so stay tuned as this story develops.
