2K Games has announced that BioShock 2 downloadable content is coming soon. The content will expand on both the single and multiplayer experience. The date of release is not known at this time, but by the looks of it, it'll be worth the wait.The earliest pieces of content will be coming sometime around March and will be the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack. It will be the first of many planned packages for BioShock 2. The package will include:
- Five additional masks*
- A third weapon upgrade for each weapon
- 20 new trials*
- New playable characters Louie McGraff and Oscar Calraca
- Rank Increase to level 50 with Rank Rewards
*Some items are only available after a player achieves a rank of 41 or higher.
The DLC will cost 400 Microsoft Points ($5) or $4.99 from the Playstation Network Store.
