Today Kakao Games announced that the new Striker class for the Black Desert Online will be released on the North American and European servers of the game on May 24th.

Strikers use a mix of monk-like attacks and street fighting, and their main and secondary weapons are respectively the gauntlet and the vambrace.

An additional piece of good news is that if you have filled your character slots, you won’t need to purchase a new one to try the Striker. All players will receive a free character slot for the occasion.

On the same day as the debut of the Striker, that was initially announced in April, the game will launch on Steam, while we’re still waiting for info on the teased PS4 and Xbox One releases.
