At Gamescom we had a chat with Pearl Abyss Lead Producer Jae Hee Kim and Head of Game Design Suh Won Choi, who gave us more information on the upcoming  Dark Elf class in Black Desert Online.

They explained that when the class will be launched, which will be by the end of this year in the original Korean servers, it will have only a female option. The design is ready, because it was planned earlier in development.

That said, we also learn that the team is "considering" a male dark elf down the line.
