Bloodborne Strategy Guide Author Teases Content, Talks About His Work and Meeting Miyazaki

The author of the Bloodborne Strategy guide by Future Press has finally a name and a face, and it’s YouTuber EpicNameBro, also known as Marcus.

Today he released a video announcing his work on the guide, also teasing its contents and talking about his meeting with the game’s Director Hidetaka Miyazaki and his work on the book.

That’s probably the most interesting part of the video, as it gives a glimpse on the work of those who write this kind of publication, which is seldom talked about.

Personally, I can definitely relate. Not many know this, but my first job in the industry was actually writing guides for an Italian magazine named PlayStation Force about an eon ago, when this kind of thing still was a thing and before the internet demolished that kind of publication.

As Marcus says, it’s really hard work. I still have nightmares of when I had to write the guide of Shinobi for PS2… That game was hell…

But I digress. You can enjoy the video below.
