Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King, developed by Castle Pixel and published by FDG Entertainment, made its way to PC back in March. FDG Entertainment revealed today on their Twitter account that in response to many fan requests, the game would in fact be making its way to Nintendo Switch.

While the publisher asked their fans to stay tuned for more details such as a release date or price, they did confirm that Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King would be a Switch console exclusive. The tweet also contains a screenshot, though it is unclear whether or not that is from the Switch version of the game, or just one to go along with the announcement.

For those who aren't aware, Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King is an open world action-adventure game that is heavily inspired by classics such as The Legend of Zelda. It sees a Knight of the Rose named Lily defending the titular Kingdom of Blossom, from an eternal darkness. According to the developers, the game is over fifteen hours long, and contains five different dungeons across its open world for players to explore.

Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King is currently available on PC for $14.99, and will be coming to the Nintendo Switch as a console exclusive at a later date.
