Arc System Works revealed that they have teamed up with Arzest to release a new title called Boost Beast, coming to Nintendo Switch on July 20 in North America, Europe, and Japan for $9.99 / €9.99 / 1,200 Yen.

Boost Beast is a "Beat'em-up Puzzle game where player will have to defeat hordes of invading zombies by summing adorable animals and clearing blocks.

Evidently, this is all happening because of a virus-carrying meteorite crashed into earth and infected the entire human race, turning them into zombies. However, it seems that dogs are not affected by this virus so the king of dogs, Alec, rose to the chance to stop the approaching hordes.

Players will need to match 3 animal blocks of the same color to summon animal friends. There will be a variety of gimmicks that stand in the player's way over the course of the levels, such as, traps, rocks, and the grim reaper (who else, right?).

Boost Beast will support multiple languages including English, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, and Italian.
