Man, remember Borderlands? We had such a good time last year. Wandering around the wastes of Pandora, shooting psychopaths and mutants, hoarding guns. What happened? There was a time it felt like my entire friends list was playing this game nonstop.
Well, Gearbox is aiming to get us back in the fold with a pretty substantial title update. In addition to some pretty run-of-the-mill Achievement and Trophy bug fixes, the update will also add a whole eight levels to the level cap, bringing it up to 58, or a whopping 69 for owners of the General Knoxx DLC. They’ll also be adding some extra-tough enemies for players who have completed both playthroughs, and of course, the loot dropped by those enemies will scale with the new level cap, producing the best potential loot drops the game as ever seen.
The v1.41 title update is complete, and currently undergoing the good ol’ approval process. Gearbox expects it to be available sometime in November.
