Bravely Default Producer is Aiming to Make a New Bravely Game Each Year

In a new interview with Dengeki, Bravely Default series Producer Tomoya Asano stated that he would like to release a new Bravely Default game every year.

After Amano discussed the upcoming sequel in a bit more detail (such as the fact that the weapon Magnolia uses is actually a spear-type but because the team wanted her to have a “female fighter” image, they had her pose with a halberd instead), the interviers asks Amano one final question: when can fans of Bravely expect to see Bravely Second released? Amano answered:

Personally, I’m aiming to release a Bravely Series title once a year. So I’d like to release [Bravely Second] sometime in 2014.

Even though this piece of news has made the rounds online already, the interview answer is an official confirmation of yearly installments for the Bravely series.
