Bravely Default Screenshots and Renders Introduce Four Characters and their Classes

If there is an upcoming 3DS game that really looks sweet, that would be Bravely Default: Flying Fairy, that will be released in Japan in little more than a month.

Square Enix published some new screenshots that give us a glimpse on some of the characters that we’ll meet in the game (if Square Enix gets around localizing it, and they better): Marshal Etarnia the Paladin, Anazel the Dark Knight, Dr. Victor the Monk and Victoria the Magus.

The screenshots also show their classes as used to the playable characters within the game’s job system. While Paladin and Dark Knight are pretty classic jobs within the Final Fantasy franchise the Magus (Majin in Japanese) comes from Final Fantasy III, while the Monk is not the usual Final Fantasy punching and kicking Chuck Norris wannabe, but the version that can be found in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light (named Doshi in Japanese), which is more akin to a magical class.
