Call of Duty: Black Ops Limited Edition Hinted, Tell Me if You Care

on June 21, 2011 7:00 PM

Although Call of Duty: Black Ops came out back in November and is essentially old as dirt, a steady stream of DLC has kept the unremarkable shooter spinning in consoles without rest. Buying both of the map packs released so far – First Strike and Escalation – as well as next week’s Annihilation would set prospective COD:BO fans back quite a pretty penny. A listing recently added to Gamestop.com suggests that this will be remedied soon with the release of “Call of Duty: Black Ops Limited Edition with DLC“.

The bundle is priced at a jaw dropping $60, but with individual map packs costing $15, it should be well worth it for whomever is interested in getting the most out of the title. The lack of an official reveal gets the COD: BO LE a rumor stamp for now, but we’ll only have to wait until June 28th to see if it’s the real deal, because that’s the listed release date.
