Capcom Opening a Bar in Tokyo

Japanese karaoke bar chain Pasela has teamed up with Capcom to open the company’s own swank bar in Shinjuku next month. The bar — officially named “Capcom bar” —  will be an entertainment bar featuring game demo kiosks and a plethora of Capcom goods for patrons. The story goes that the food and drinks will be themed around the company’s games as well.

In addition to serving the general public, Capcom plans to use the location to host company events with other game makers, as well as a filming location for its “Hagitoko!” web broadcast.

Capcom bar opens on January 25th in Shinjuku’s Pasela Resort. You lucky ducks out in Tokyo better have a Mega Man margarita for me. Check out a few sketches of the layout after the cut.
