Capcom Planning to Alleviate Infinite Combos in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

on June 27, 2012 9:30 PM

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is still a very popular fighter frequented by many players. That’s why game breaking infinite combos and exploits appear so often and also why they’re such a problem. Producer Ryota Niitsuma has taken to Twitter to assure fans that Capcom is aware of the issue. Niitsuma-san says that he’s been contacted many times regarding the infinites, and that he’s currently “adjusting the mechanics” that make those devilish combos possible.

Niitsuma-san finishes by asking fans to wait patiently for the update. In my opinion, anyone who still plays UMVC3 has been dealing with these ridiculous combos for a quite a while, so waiting a bit longer on yet another patch probably isn’t a big deal though. I can’t say for sure though because I stopped playing that game quite a good deal of time ago.

You can thank Skullgirls for that.
