Dragon’s Dogma will be out later this year and a new video and screenshots showcases what happens  after the sun goes down. Looking almost like some classic nighttime horror games, monsters will happily ambush your party in the darkness.

I’m pretty impressed with the use of lighting effects, ranging from hand lanterns to casting spells. The action is pretty intense and a thrill to watch. Try cutting the lamp off before watching the trailer and browsing through the gallery after the break.
