CD Projekt RED just shared some new details about the musical score of the upcoming epic The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, to be released on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

Here’s what the official press release had to say about the game’s music:

Portions of the music in the game will focus on the raw emotion of traditional slavic instruments and songs to convey the brutality and violence of the world. To achieve this goal the audio team has been recording using traditional and historic instruments with amazing bands like “Percival”, who are masters in this area, to achieve a truly authentic and powerful sound.

Considering that the soundtrack if The Witcher games has always been great, especially for The Witcher 2, I can’t wait to hear what’s coming for the third chapter.
