Check Out How the Xbox One’s New Transparent Tiles Look With a Variety of Backgrounds and Colors

Microsoft just launched the preview of the Xbox One February software update, and it came with a welcome and much requested feature: transparent tiles to allow users to see their custom background better.

If you want to see how they look with a variety of combinations of colors and backgrounds, you can check out the gallery below, with a few pictures snapped from my own Xbox One.

The feature definitely looks quite nice, even if the ability to regulate the degree of transparency and to make transparent even non-system tiles would be very welcome, but one step at a time we’re definitely getting there.
