The sleeper hit, State of Decay, is getting a visual facelift along with some other goodies for the Xbox One and PC.

The updated version of State of Decay will run at 1080p and 30 frames per second. It will also include all the DLC like the rogue-like Breakdown mode and story DLC Lifeline. It's a game really worth checking for Xbox One owners.

State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition is out April 28th on the Xbox One and PC.
