Check Out the Etrian Odyssey-Inspired Dungeon Crawling and Battles in a New PersonaQ: Shadow of the Labyrinth Trailer

After showing off the protagonists from Persona 3 and 4 in action, what else could Atlus reveal for PersonaQ: Shadow of the Labyrinth? The answer is a new trailer featuring a bit of the dungeon crawling, as well as how combat is actually carried out.

As you can see, the exploration and battle system is heavily based on Etrian Odyssey‘s, which makes sense since that’s the development team working on the game. This style of combat is also beneficial to the 3DS, as it allows for a similar level and type of strategic turn-based action that otherwise would have been difficult to pull off on the system, graphically-wise.

The trailer is quite a treat so do enjoy watching it.
