We haven't heard a great deal about Chunsoft's thrilling adventure title Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward, which is a shame because the game launches on October 23rd, which is this coming Tuesday. I'm sure it will fly under a lot of people's radars, just like the spiritual prequel Zero Escape: 9 Persons, 9 Doors, 9 Hours, but I suppose it can't be helped.

Anyway, Aksys has shared the game's lengthy anime opening cinematic. Said cinematic was created by the well-known animation studio Gonzo, who apparently doesn't have the best reputation for whatever reason. Regardless, the opening is exciting and engaging, and it ends on a great cliffhanger. If I wasn't interested in the game before, that definitely did the trick.

Check out the opening below. Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward will be available for PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS.
