After months of iteration, Valve have today unveiled their new Steam Controller design, to be demoed at GDC.
The most prominent changes appear to be the loss of the central touchscreen and a redesign of the input buttons to a more traditional layout. The new design incorporates the changes discussed back in January at Valve’s Steam Dev Days.
Other changes include a switch from the more common rechargeable batteries to AA batteries.
GDC will run from March 17 to 21.
