Check Out The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone’s Gwent Cards and Music; New Romance Won’t Affect Main Game

After unveiling of The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone, CD Projekt Red developers shared more information on what we can expect from the upcoming expansion, that will release on October 13th.

Thanks to Senior Game Designer Damien Monnier and Business Developer Rafal Jaki, we get to see two new Gwent cards that will come with the expansion.

The Eredin card is especially interesting. Nowadays the basic Gwent tactic is to spam spies, but this will be risky against a player using this card, as you’ll be gifting a lot of points to your opponent.

Interestingly, we also get to hear some music in the making, courtesy of Composer Marcin Przybylowicz.

Lastly, if you’re worried about the romance in the expansion interfering with the main game, don’t be. They won’t influence each other.
