Civilization V Demo Will Be Available Before Release

The latest in the Civilization legacy will be hitting store shelves (and digital download venues) on September 21st, just about a month and a half away. 2K Games has announced that Civilization V will indeed be available in demo form sometime before that date, but still in September, so you’ll have a couple weeks to try it out to see if you like it. Of course, purchasing this game is a no-brainer for franchise fans of all sorts, but if you’re still unsure, the demo will likely persuade you to impulse buy.

This message was left on the game’s official site, hinting at a more thorough list of what exactly will be in the demo:

“The demo will be released in September, before the full game is released. More details about what will be available in the demo, as well as the exact release date are coming soon, so stay tuned!”

Stay tuned to us to find out all the details when 2K makes them available!
