Today legendary Gears of War developer Cliff Bleszinski dropped a few new tidbits of information on his much teased upcoming game codenamed “Silverstreak” on the Pointless podcast by Deathsquad.tv.

We learn that the game will be a PC-only Arena FPS and that Bleszinski hopes to use the unreal engine for it, since he’s still in good terms with some at Epic Games. It’ll also be a return to his roots.

Will it be the spiritual successor to Unreal Tournament? We can most definitely hope so.
