Cliff Bleszinski’s New Studio is Now Hiring For Almost All Positions, Three Days From The Reveal

on July 5, 2014 4:26 PM

We’re just three days from the reveal of Cliff Bleszinski’s new project, and the returning developer announced that his studio, which he confirmed being Boss Key Productions, is now officially hiring developers.

Bleszinski answered a few questions on Twitter mentioning that the reason why there aren’t formal career opportunity ads but just a recruitment email is that the studio is hiring for almost all positions. He also mentioned that he’s looking for both recent graduates and experienced employees.

If you live around Raleigh, NC and want to make a break into the game industry, you may want to shoot a mail at recruiting@bosskey.com. Interestingly, Bleszinski responded the following to a question asking whether he’d consider someone without a formal diploma:

Talent and passion matter more than that scrap of paper ever could.

That’s definitely a pretty rare attitude in the industry. In any industry, actually.
