Koei Tecmo just released a new update of Dead or Alive Xtreme 3, bringing several adjustments and a new naughty item, in the form of a "Jet Black Fan." You can read the patch notes below.

The Jet Black Fan basically creates a powerful gust of wind that can trigger bikini "malfunctions."
