The Switch is putting in a solid performance, as Nintendo appears to have found ways to provide at least a decent supply in the country. Splatoon 2 continues to prove the real champion among Japanese Switch gamers, beating both Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and never leaving the top end of the chart.

The PS4 version of Destiny 2 manages to top the chart, but that's the only good news for Bungie's latest shooter. The comparison with its predecessor is rather merciless, as Destiny debuted with 91,277 copies sold on PS4 and 49,503 on PS3. The sequel managed to barely equalize PS3 sales of the original Destiny, and that's not really a good sign, considering that the franchise was actually rather popular in Japan at its debut.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 managed to do decent numbers on Switch despite being a re-release, and Everybody's Golf  keeps selling pretty nicely as well on its second week.

Dragon Quest XI seems to be a bit short of breath, having lost most of its momentum, which is quite natural considering that we're over a month and a half away from its release. We're now well past three million copies sold at retail only, and that's quite flattering, considering that there are digital sales to be added to the tally.
