During Activision's quarterly conference call for investors and analysts, the publisher shared an interesting piece of data about the situation of pre-orders for Destiny 2.

Looks like the SKUs that got the majority of pre-orders so far are those that include the expansion pass, namely the Collector's Edition, the Limited Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition.

With the prices ranging between $99.99 and $249.99, this appears to be an indication that Destiny players have judged the expansions for the first game positively, and are looking forward to the expansions coming for the sequel.

Earlier today, we also heard that Destiny 2's pre-order are "off to a very strong start" in general.

The game will launch on September 8th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Today, Activision announced its financial results for the first quarter of Calendar year 2017, and you can read them in detail here.
