Destiny 2 will acknowledge returning players in a variety of ways, and one way is by Bungie allowing Destiny players the chance to earn special emblems by August 1, 2017.

Destiny 2 will continue the existing emblem system, where players can show off their personal style, service history, accomplishments and even merchandise buy-ins with a decorative theme.

Four of these are inaccessible if you don't already have them, but you can still earn three so long as you complete the requirements by August 1.

These first two emblems are only available to Destiny Year 1 players. If you didn’t earn them before the deadline in 2015 they are not available anymore.

Laurel Triumphant

You completed a Moment of Triumph during Destiny’s first year.

Laurea Prima II

The second set of emblems are for Destiny Year 2 players. You need to have owned The Taken King to do this and if you missed the deadline in 2016, will be unable to do so.

Slayer of Oryx

You owned The Taken King and completed a Moment of Triumph during Destiny’s second year.

Heard the Call

You owned The Taken King and completed all 8 Moments of Triumph during Destiny’s second year.

The final three emblems are available to earn in Destiny until August 1, 2017. You will need the Rise of Iron expansion to earn these emblems.

Saladin's Pride
