Devil Survivor 2: Break Record Has Been Delayed To Fall 2013

While Atlus may have pleased fans with the influx of trailers for Shin Megami Tensei IV, a recent announcement may incur their wrath instead–Devil Survivor 2: Break Record has been delayed until Fall 2013. The game’s original release date was scheduled for July 11th.

Atlus stated that the reason for the delay was “game quality” issues, which I assume to mean that there are some unexpected problems they need to hammer out before they can launch the game.

While disappointing, this news isn’t really devastating. I’d rather developers postpone a release date in order to make a better game than launch a bad or heavily flawed game on time.
