The Dies irae World Emanation Project updated their campaign for the English localization of Dies irae: Amantes amentes.

The update included new stretch goals for backers that adds the option of getting a 16-page illustration booklet ($200k) and a digital PlayStation Vita version ($250k). As it stands currently, the campaign is $54,000 shy of hitting its $160,000 goal, with 16 days left.

At this time, the publisher plans to only focus on a digital Vita release, but is open to determine a physical version cost after the stretch goal is met. Furthermore, only backers of the $100 tier or higher will get the PlayStation Vita option.

Additionally, the team plans to also launch the game on MangaGamer. However, backers of the project with digital tiers of the game will only receive a Steam key of the game.

The publisher details the premise further:

"Dies irae" is a one-of-a-kind urban fantasy battle opera. The foundation of this story is laid in the climax of WW2-era Germany, but the true design doesn't come to light until six decades later in modern-day Japan. Monstrous beings known as the Longinus Dreizehn Orden have far transcended the limits of humanity. The very fate of the cosmos, the very Throne of God is laid bare and ready to be seized!
