Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness, NIS America's upcoming sequel to the original Disgaea, has just landed a release date, dood! Disgaea D2 is currently set to arrive to the PS3 in North America on October 8th, and in Europe even earlier on September 27th.

Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness is both a celebration of twenty years of Nippon Ichi Software and ten years of the Disgaea series, and brings back the original trio of the first game: the demon prince, Laharl, the Prinny master, Etna and the angelic Flonne.
