Disney Releases Game Details, Screenshots and Trailers about Disney Infinity: Toy Box Challenge

Despite releasing today, Disney released several screenshots and trailers of their highly anticipated 3DS companion game, Disney Infinity: Toy Box Challenge along with some details about what to expect from the game.

The  multiplayer “party game” will include various game boards and competitive mini-games. The standard showcasing of puzzles and racing as you use your Disney/Pixar characters to compete in mini-game challenges including fighting and collecting various items.

Several mini-games will depict characters shooting “cartoony” pistols, blasters, or cannonballs at ships or enemies/boss characters. A handful of mini-games require players to shoot other characters with projectiles. One mini-game depicts a one-on-one battle with swords on a pirate ship.

The game will come with the following: one video game, three Disney Infinity Figures (Sulley, Captain Jack Sparrow and Mr. Incredible), a Disney Infinity Base, one Power Disc, one Starter Pack Play Set piece and one Web code card.

Disney Infinity: Toy Box Challenge will also include 15 Toy Box customizable game boards and pieces, co-op mode (local only) and over 50 mini-games.

In addition to this news, you will be able to play the Toy Box once you download it onto your Nintendo Wii U, Xbox 360, or PS3.

The PC version will be available in 2014.
