Although Disney's Planes: Fire & Rescue hit theaters months ago, the video game adaption is just launching today.

Players will control a variety of characters/vehicles in the game and perform a variety of heroic feats, such as putting out fires, rescuing workers and the like. It looks pretty similar to the movie, which should please fans.

The game is available now for the Nintendo 3DS, Wii and Wii U.
