Filmmakers Anthony Caulfield and Nicola Caulfield announced an Indiegogo campaign in order to fund the production of a ninety minute documentary called From Bedrooms to Billions.

The film will talk about the story of the British video game industry during the years of 1979 to 1996. It will go into how certain individuals had an effect in shaping the current gaming industry. There will be interviews from contributors in the UK game development from over the past 40 years covering the late 70's through the shifts in the 80's that lead to the game industry in the 90's.

From Bedrooms to Billions will celebrate an era of creativity, invention, and industry in British history. Anthony Caulfield feels that he has always wanted to cover the rise of the gaming industry in the UK because the computer was originally nothing more than a machine for science. The fact that it snowballed into something incredible and innovative is a something amazing and was overdue to be told in  a documentary. The film looks to teach children, school leavers, and students about the British game industry that many do not know even exists.

A trailer with more information on the film has also been released.
