Vanillaware's Dragon's Crown was released just before the launch of the PS4, and ever since fans have been clamoring for a remaster on Sony's new console.

That remaster is apparently coming, if a banner that briefly appeared today on the mobile version of the Japanese website Nico Nico is to be believed. The banner appeared on a livestreamed presentation that Atlus is hosting on Sunday, September 24th during Tokyo Game Show. You can see it below.

The banner specifically indicates a "Dragon's Crown - Pro" for PS4, mentioning that pre-orders are open. Of course no pre-order is open at the moment, since the image has probably been published ahead of time.

Dragon's Crown originally released in 2013 for PS3 and PS Vita directed by Vanillaware's President George Kamitani, who also designed the beautiful artwork of the game.

If you want to read more about Dragon's Crown, you can check out my own review from 2013. This isn't the first game Vanillaware remasters for PS4, as we semi-recently got Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir. The studio is also working on 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim.

Of course, do keep in mind that this should be considered a rumor and taken with a grain of salt until Atlus or Vanillaware make an official announcement.
