Driveclub players have been encountering a rather funny glitch lately, showing impossible speeds displayed at targets in face-off challenges, as you can see in the picture below, courtesy of Twitter user Sebastian Zeitz.

Luckily the folks at Evolution Studios are aware of the issue, and explained on Twitter that the glitch actually displays a drift score instead of a speed value, and will be fixed in an upcoming update. That's pretty damn funny, though.

The developers also explained that there might be "further disruption" to the online services, as new server upgrades go up, but for those waiting eagerly for the PlayStation Plus Edition, news are coming.

Still improving servers with upgrades & updates, will have news on Ps+ Edition soon.

They also promised news on the content of upcoming DLC in the near future:

Not right now, but soon : )

Considering that it was explained that we'd get information on those topics as soon as the servers were stable, it seems that Evolution has confidence on the server updates going live during the weekend. Hopefully the connectivity problems will soon be just a memory.
