Driveclub Director Promises Cars “From all Classes,” Gives More Information on Clubs

Newly appointed Driveclub Game Director Paul Rustchynsky is is still hard at work providing more information about the game on Twitter.

One thing that piqued the curiosity of many is that almost all the footage of the game so far features supercars and hypercars (and a couple open wheel lightweights), leaving the fans of less powerful rides wondering if there will be any for them. Luckily Rustchynsky promised today that the team will show off cars “from all classes” between now and launch.

On top of that he gave some more info about clubs:

  • You can race in a club with just two people. It’ll just take longer to progress the club itself.
  • The team thinks that six is the optimal number of club members (originally it was twelve), but it’s something they’ll monitor after launch and they’ll listen to player feedback about it.
  • There will be easy ways to search for a club in the game.

Rustchynsky also promised that the lovely windshield and door window reflections appeared in previous videos, and that weren’t very visible in the latest gameplay footage are  “most certainly” still in the game.
