Dustforce for PS4 Not in Development

Dustforce, the new platformer featuring acrobatic janitors was released by Capcom yesterday for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PS Vita. Despite its popularity and positive feedback from critics and consumers alike, it appears that there is currently no PS4 (and presumably Xbox One) version currently in development.

“I can say that there’s no PS4 specific SKU in development,” Capcom Producer Rey Jimenez explained, “I don’t really know anything about PS3 digital on the PS4 though. That’s more of a Sony task.” This does not leave out the possibility of an Xbox One version, or the ability to play the game on PS4 eventually via PlayStation Now.

Dustforce was developed by Hitbox Team alongside QLOC.
