Dying Light Goes And Makes Christmas Creepy

on December 27, 2013 12:42 PM

While it may not be an official trailer from developer Techland, the father and daughter filmmaking team of Jason and Cameron Rosete have brought us the creepiest Christmas Carol you’ve probably seen this holiday season, with the Dying Light live action short you can view below.

The short film shows off just why even on Christmas nowhere is safe, with Santa leaving more than just a lump of coal in one house. Dying Light is set to release sometime next year in 2014 to the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, with a heavy focus on freerunning and a dynamic day and night cycle that affects the how players interact with the world.

Born and raised in video games and "geek culture," Masoud has been bred off of fantasy worlds his entire life and doesn't see anything wrong with that. He loves RPGs (especially TRPGs), sandbox games, the sci-fi genre, dieselpunk, art deco, and anything that allows him to create. Having graduated from John Jay College with a degree in English and a minor in Creative Writing, Masoud hopes to one day pen the same novels, comics, movies, and video games he enjoys escaping into when the real world gets too boring.
