E3 2010: GoldenEye Announced

One of the most prized games in gaming is re-making its way back into this generation to display the amazement of one of the most-played first-person shooters during the N64’s era – GoldenEye.

Announced before this year’s E3, GoldenEye is remade from the ground up to introduce this generation to one of the most competitive and entertaining games to grace the gaming industry – a game which, pretty much, introduced successful multiplayer first-person gaming onto consoles.

Some new stuff, as the video showed, has been added to enhance the experience; for one, there is an obvious graphical update. Old school fans will also take notice that you’re now able to do something that wasn’t available in the previous iteration of the game – break your enemy’s neck. And I am very much looking forward to doing that.

GoldenEye is due to release at the end of this year.
