E3 2010: Your Shape Fitness Evolved

Ubisoft has developed an interactive experience which allows those of you wanting to get in shape to actually tone your bodies to your liking. Collaborated with fitness expert Michael George, Your Shape Fitness Evolved offers a variety of workout options which provides precise feedback to the trainee. Of course, the application – I say this because it isn’t a game – doesn’t resemble the exciting video shown before the demonstration, but it was appealing enough to make me actually want to do some jumping jacks and squats in front of my Kinect.

The application scans the player, since everyone has a unique figure, and calibrates the system to your shape in order to get some calculations on those flabby biceps you might have, for a much more concise workout regime.

With a ton of easy to complex routines, this is definitely something you should take a look at if you want to sweat off that bacon cheeseburger you had from Wendy’s.
