E3 2012: Battlefield 3 Premuim Announced

During the Electronic Arts E3 conference we got a rather interesting announcement: The publisher is launching a Premium experience for Battlefield 3 at the price of $49.99. Players that will decide to opt in for the service will receive a nice loadout of exclusive in-game items, weapons and camos, and the upcoming expansions, for a total value of more than 70 dollars.

As a special perk, PS3 players that pay for the Premium service will be able to play the Close Quarters expansion right now, while PC and Xbox 360 players will follow next week. You can see a trailer below.
