Two of the biggest showings for Atlus USA at E3 have been the two Persona 4 titles - Arena and Golden. It has already been confirmed that the voice actors for Chie and Teddy have changed for Persona 4: Arena. However, they have also switched to using the same voice actors for the RPG remake, as well.

Atlus USA's Aram Jabbari has gone on record saying, "“With Persona 4: Golden, there’s 40% (roughly) additional voiced dialogue with all the additional content. A decision had to be made, with regards to the consistency of the experience."

With that said, they've completely re-recorded an entire game's worth of dialog for both the Chie and Teddy characters. This is good, at least for me, because I didn't care for Teddy's English voice actor in the original game. Chie's, though, fit her personality to a tee. I have no doubt that Atlus USA has chosen strong new voices for those roles, as their localization is usually pretty spot on.
