E3 2013: God of War Developers Tease “E3 Craziness” (UPDATED)

on June 8, 2013 2:11 PM

We already knew that Sony Santa Monica Studio is going to bring something to E3 in the form of new content for God of War: Ascension, but is it really all they have in store?

The official twitter account of the studio seems to be intent on teasing something that sounds a bit bigger than a simple DLC, and has been doing so since yesterday, with a series of tweets about “things to come” culminating with one bout “E3 crazyness”.

Of course this could still be referring to the God of War: Ascension DLC, but if it did there would really be no reason to be mysterious about it. Will they walk on Sony’s stage announcing a new God of War game for the PS4? Or maybe something else entirely? Your guess is as good as mine.

Update: The folks at Sony Santa Monica tweeted further, specifying that their tweets are just fruit of passion for the week ahead. Of course it could all be a ruse, but at this stage we can only wait and see what’ll happen.
