Day one of EA Play is in the books and of course, DualShockers was there to cover it. After taking in the morning's press conference to witness some cool things, like Imperial Stormtroopers and British men talking about soccer, we were able to run around the Hollywood Palladium and check out a few games for ourselves.

While at the show, we witnessed new footage of Battlefield 1's upcoming expansion In the Name of the Tsar. While only one new map was playable at EA Play, it reminded me of why Battlefield 1 is one of the best multiplayer games on the market right now. I'm definitely eager to dive back in when the expansion releases in September.

Additionally, we saw a few new snippets of gameplay from both Madden 18 and NBA Live 18. While unfortunately we weren't able to go hands-on with either game, they both looked remarkable, which makes us wonder just how great they will look when they release for the Xbox Scorpio, which we saw graphical teases of earlier in the day.

Most notably though, we were able to play a solid hour or so of Star Wars Battlefront II, of which we will be showing you gameplay footage soon. While new footage is great and all, we'd love to know what questions you have about Battlefront II before we begin writing up our preview article later. Who knows, maybe we'll even answer your question if you leave a question for us in the comments below.
