A bit strange for EA Sports to call this "the biggest pre-order incentive in the franchise's history" and only talk about how it'll work in the UK. I know the game sells like crazy there, but still.

If you're in the UK and like FIFA, then if you pre-order FIFA 12: Ultimate Edition from GAME or Gamestation (which you'd probably be doing anyway) for PS3 or 360, you'll get twenty-four FIFA 12 Ultimate Team Gold packs (four a month for six months) you can use to customize your team in the game. If you're in the UK and pre-order it at somewhere that isn't GAME or Gamestation, then you'll just get eighteen Gold packs.

Ultimate Team releases this October, the full FIFA 12 releases this September (27 in the US, 30 everywhere else), and 12 (in both regular and Ultimate Edition) will be available for pre-order until the game's release.
